Heyreach makes it hard for users to judge and report campaign performance metrics. The current structure of "In Campaign" "Not in Campaign" and "Finished" is hard to understand and rarely accurate from a numbers perspective. I've spoken to other users about this and they were similarly confused by what "Not in Campaign" means.
Heyreach should take inspiration from Smartlead and other agency-focused email automation software's reporting structure. The user should be able to quickly understand how many prospects are in each stage of their campaign, and how many have finished. A campaign progress bar with a percentage would be an additional benefit on top of a straightforward performance structure.
