We use Google Spreadsheets as CRM and would love to export all data about the lead once a lead replies (including his last message/messages. That would be a deal breaker. All other CRMs Heyreach has integrations with either cost money or are cumbersome. Either way I tried Pipedrive export and all I got is a lead's name and a tag.

Ideally this would be a "step" based item in the campaign editor so that certain steps could be triggered in isolation
