There is limited choice when starting the campaign. For example we had a bug in on of our campaigns and I stopped it half way through. This means half of the leads were sent a connection request half didn't. So now putting this lead list in a new campaign, if I start with send a connection request half of this leads will fail as they already have the connection been sent.
