Once I open a profile info on the "Unified Inbox", I only have the ability to add email, and tag people.

I really need to have an open field to write and save notes about that lead so that we can always have access to the overall context of the conversation, write ideas to be answered after we get the next reply, remember something about that lead that is not part of the conversation, whatever.

This is the simplest feature possible. An "Area Text" with no characters limit available in "client info card modal" where we can write anything we want such as notes/ideas, and can't even express how important this is when outreaching and how surprised I am for not being implemented since the start 😔
