Workflow step for individual interaction with the lead

I send out personalized Loom videos to every lead all the time. But having to remind them to watch them manually is a daunting task. It would be way easier if these leads would just "wait" in a step of my workflow, where I could click on a link to their profile, make the video and send my personalized message manually via the workflow. After I sent the custom message the workflow should continue with standardized messaging or other steps.
