Allow users to select "Warm up" as an option when connecting an account.

If a user selects "warp up" while connecting an account then HeyReach to do following steps.

Send a small amount of connection requests (for e.g. ~5)
Or make connections request count configurable so users can choose themselves.
Mimic human behavior.
Send requests at variable time intervals although within the account working hours timeframe.
Gradually increase requests with time considering the LinkedIn policies.
